Te doy una opción para esquivar el problema de la desestabilización de la señal de vídeo: entra en modo a prueba de errores pulsando F8 repetidamente mientras arranca el PC, esto impedirá que se cargue el programa que modifica la señal de vídeo y la saque fuera de lo que admite tu monitor arcade.

Veamos, no creo que tengas ningún problema importante, pero sí te digo que te falta el driver de la tarjeta de vídeo o este se ha corrompido. Si te das cuenta, la imagen del escritorio muestra muy pocos colores.

Para solucionar tu problema: Ve a Panel de Control/sistema Operativo/Administrador de dispositivos/Tarjeta gráfica y aquí quiero que desinstales el driver de vídeo (pero no lo borres) y que refresques para reinstalarlo. Si el driver está en tu ordenador, este se instalará correctamente, si no, tienes que bajarte el driver de la tarjeta gráfica de nuevo e instalarlo.

Es una incidencia bastante sencilla de solucionar, compa!
